The Quick Colon # 2 formula has been used traditionally for the following benefits:

The mechanism of cleansing and detoxification can be explained by active properties of the herbal ingredients of the formula:

Apple Pectin is very effective for the gastrointestinal tract. It can bind radionuclides (strontium, cesium, zirconium, etc.) and ions of heavy metals (lead, mercury, cobalt, cadmium, zinc, chromium, nickel, etc.) and then form insoluble substances, which are not excreted by the organism. Apple pectin affects the absorption process in the stomach and small intestine and is well-known to reduce the absorption of fat and reduce cholesterol. By enveloping mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract, pectin slows down the absorption of sugar, fat, etc. Moreover, pectin has a bactericidal effect on opportunistic microorganisms and pathogens that cause acute intestinal infections. It neutralizes the toxic syndrome in food and chemical poisoning (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea), and acute intestinal infections and allergies.

Flax seeds are among the richest sources of valuable health substances indispensable for the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and respiratory tract.

Psyllium seeds are used for stomach ulcers and duodenal ulcers and have numerous health benefits for the whole body. It contains up to 45% of the polysaccharide inulin. Inulin belongs to the high-molecular polysaccharides, which are not digested by enzymes of the small intestine and reach the colon intact. In the large intestine, inulin serves as food for the normal micro-flora suppressing the development of putrefactive and pathogenic bacteria. In the stomach, inulin forms a gel that protects the mucous membrane of the stomach and intestines. In addition, psyllium removes spasm and relaxes smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract.

Activated charcoal powder has been used for centuries for diarrhea, flatulence, food and drug poisoning, poisoning by salts of heavy metals, drugs and sleeping pills. It is also effective against gases in the intestines as well as meteorism. Activated charcoal is also used in allergic processes for removing allergens from the body (skin and food allergies, bronchial asthma, etc.).

As a dietary supplement mix 1 heaping teaspoon of powder with 4-6 oz. of fresh juice. After consumption drink an additional 8-16 oz. of water. Repeat 3 times a day until the bottle is empty or as directed by your health care professional.
Two Week Herbal Home Colonic Program Day 1: Start with only one capsule of Quick Colon #1 during or just after dinner. This formula works best when mixed with food.
Day 2: This morning you should notice an increase in your bowel action & in the amount of fecal matter that you eliminate. The consistency should also be softer. If you do not notice any difference in your bowel behavior today or the difference wasn’t dramatic, then tonight increase your dosage to two capsules. You can continue to increase your dosage every evening by one capsule until you notice a dramatic difference in the way your bowel works. It has taken most of us years to create a sluggish bowel so lets be patient & only increase by one capsule each day.
By the end of the first week you should know what your dosage is. If not then remain on this formula only for an additional week to get regulated before you go on to the next step.
Week 2: At the beginning of week two we begin to start Quick Colon #2 Powder. You will take this formula 3 times each day beginning in the morning. One hour after your morning nutritional drink. Mix 1 rounded teaspoon of Quick Colon #2 Powder with 4-6 ounces of diluted juice. Do the same 1-2 hour before lunch & 1-2 hour before dinner sot that your are consuming a total of 3 rounded teaspoons each day.
During or after dinner take your Quick Colon #1 as usual but increase the dosage you discovered the first week by 1 additional pill. If you feel a bit bound by the #2 formula you can increase your dosage #1 formula even more.
Helpful Hints: Drink Plenty of water, herb teas, diluted fruit & vegetable juices during this two week colon cleanse. A good amount is between 64 & 128 ounces (8-16 cups) of liquid each day. This makes the program more effective.

Do not use this product when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of laxative may indicate a serious problem. Discontinue use and consult with your health care professional.

After an order is placed, customers will receive two confirmation emails from Vitamin Grocer. The first email is the order confirmation email. The order confirmation email will be sent immediately after the order is placed and serves as the customer's order receipt. It includes the order number, billing address, shipping address, shipping method, payment method, items ordered and order total. Please review the shipping address to ensure it is correct. If it is incorrect, contact us immediately and we will attempt to correct the shipment before it dispatches. The second email is the shipping confirmation email. This email is sent to the customer on the day that the order is dispatched from the Vitamin Grocer warehouse. It includes the order shipping method, tracking number and a hyperlink to the shipping carrier's website where the order's status can be tracked.

In rare circumstances, there may be a delay in the dispatch of a customer order due to unforeseen circumstances. If a shipping confirmation email has not been received within two business days of placing the order, the customer may contact Vitamin Grocer for an update on the status of the order.

On rare occasions, certain purchased item(s) may become unavailable due to supply chain disruptions or unexpected surges in product demand. In such cases, Vitamin Grocer will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

In the event that the unavailable item is part of a larger order that includes other items which are in stock and ready to ship, Vitamin Grocer will ship the remainder of the order and provide the customer with a full refund for the missing item(s) and the appropriate portion of any shipping charges.

Vitamin Grocer orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. To cancel an order, customers should send an email to customerservice@vitamingrocer.com stating their intention to cancel the order. The 24 hour time limit begins at the moment a customer clicks the "Place Order" button on the VitaminGrocer.com checkout page. Only orders cancelled within this time period will be issued a full refund under this policy. All other requests will be treated as returns and subject to the Vitamin Grocer Refund and Return Policy.

As stated in the shipping rate tables above, most orders shipped to shipping destinations in the lower 48 states are delivered within 3-7 business days. If delivery takes longer than this estimate time frames, the customer may contact Vitamin Grocer and a customer service representative will assist in tracking the status of the order.

In order to receive assistance with an order not received, customers contact Vitamin Grocer customer service no later than 30 days after the shipment of the order. Beyond 30 days from the date of dispatch, orders are considered final and no refunds will be issued for orders not received.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping address information and ensuring that packages can be safely delivered to the address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful, either because an incorrect address was provided or because delivery of the packages was refused or unclaimed, it is incumbent upon the customer to contact Vitamin Grocer customer service for assistance. Upon receipt of the returned order, Vitamin Grocer will provide a full refund to the customer less any shipping charges incurred by Vitamin Grocer.
