For abdominal application, the folded  cloth should measure about 10 inches in width and 12 inches in length.  Pour Castor Oil into the flannel. Cloth should be saturated but not  dripping. Apply saturated cloth to the body area planned for treatment.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCover  the saturated flannel cloth with a piece of plastic sheeting (ordinary  kitchen plastic wrap works fine). A heating pad may now be applied on  top of the plastic. Begin with a medium setting on the heating pad, and  then proceed to higher temperatures if comfortable. A towel, folded  lengthwise, may be placed over the pack to keep it in place.
